Is it possible to return a product I ordered?
We have made every effort to inform you as accurately as possible about our products. If a product is nevertheless unsatisfactory, has it been damaged during transport or does it not meet quality requirements it may be returned or exchanged. See our Terms of Agreement
Our products are unique pieces, mostly handicrafts and handmade. Therefore they can differ from each other. Small irregularities and shape unevenness are part of the product’s charm and a sign of traditional craftsmanship. They cannot be considered as a product fault.
We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
Reduced articles cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Before dispatching, all products are checked by Household Hardware. We will also do our utmost to pack all items in a way to avoid transportation damage. Should there nevertheless be reason for a complaint about a product, please mail us at email@example.com explaining the defect. We will contact you ASAP.
I didn’t receive an item I paid for

How long is delivery likely to take?
fter receiving the payment, your order (if available) will be dispatched within 3 working days by parcel post, by DHL. If no payment has been received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order. All products remain property of Household Hardware until the customer has fulfilled the agreement.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my shopping cart?
Click the Shopping cart icon in the top right-hand corner of our site to view items in your shopping cart. You can now change or delete any products in your shopping cart using the plus sign (+) or the minus sign (-).
Are the colors of the products I see on the website accurate?
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We can’t guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the exact color of the product on delivery.
Why do items sometimes run out of stock?
Every effort is made to maintain the availability of all items shown on this site, but due to popularity and supply issues, some products may not always be available. Please mail us for more detailed information at email@example.com
Do I pay for shipping?
Private orders webshop: Within the Netherlands we offer free delivery for orders above € 100,-. Below €100,- transportation costs will be €7,50. With the exception of tiles. Shipping costs of tiles vary, (approximately €45), depending on the weight. Picking up tiles at our head quarter, Hollandweg 19, is free!
For all international orders a transportation cost of 25 Euros applies.
Wholesale orders: Minimum order amount is €500. After we have received an order we will calculate transport costs, depending on volume and weight of the order. We will then contact the client to discuss methods of payment and details of transportation.
